About the Role<\/p>\n
\tBuild, maintain, and optimize the backend infrastructure underpinning the digital platforms. This developer will lead server-side development, API integrations, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, ensuring data flows, automation scripts, and system integrations are robust, scalable, and secure.<\/p>\n

\tOptimised D365 backend and automation workflows
\n\tAPI integrations with organizations operational tools
\n\tSystem performance reports and maintenance logs
\n\tBackend technical documentation<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\t5+ years backend development experience in production environments
\n\t5+ years backend development \u2013 Python (Django\/FastAPI) is mandatory
\n\t2+ years Microsoft Dynamics 365 customisation and RESTful API integration experience
\n\tProven D365 customisation and Power Automate experience
\n\tAzure or AWS cloud deployment experience required
\n\tStrong RESTful API design and integration portfolio
\n\tSolid experience with PostgreSQL and SQL Server in production
\n\tExperience implementing CI\/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or Azure Pipelines)
\n\tBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field<\/p>\n
Nice to Have<\/p>\n
\tHonours degree or postgraduate qualification in Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, or Data Engineering
\n\tMicrosoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect
\n\tPython\/Django certification advantageous<\/p>\n
