Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDaily reconciliation of cash collections across riders, branches, and payment channels
\n\tTrack and verify rider payments and ensure timely remittance of collections
\n\tFollow up with riders and branches on pending balances, discrepancies, or compliance gaps
\n\tAssist in calculating rider payouts and delivery-related payments
\n\tPrepare daily and weekly reconciliation and finance reports
\n\tEnsure compliance across branches on cash handling and operational finance processes
\n\tIdentify discrepancies, leakages, or process gaps and escalate accordingly
\n\tSupport finance and operations teams with audits, controls, and process improvements
\n\tCross-check operational data against platform reports and internal systems<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\t1\u20133 years of experience in finance, reconciliation, audit, accounting, or a related role
\n\tPrior experience in reconciliation or audit is strongly preferred
\n\tStrong attention to detail and high ownership mindset
\n\tComfortable working with large datasets and operational reports
\n\tGood Excel \/ Google Sheets skills
\n\tAbility to work in a fast-paced operations-heavy environment
\n\tStrong communication and follow-up skills
\n\tExperience in logistics, delivery, retail, FMCG, or restaurant operations is a plus<\/p>\n
