Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tIdentify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
\n\tMatch client financial needs with appropriate loan products and services.
\n\tDrive repeat borrowing and cross-selling of company products.
\n\tEducate clients on loan terms, repayment schedules, and benefits of good credit history.
\n\tMonitor client businesses and align repayments with cash flow cycles.
\n\tFollow up on repayments and ensure timely collections.
\n\tManage delinquent accounts and pursue recovery until full settlement.
\n\tAssess borrower capacity to determine appropriate loan size and terms.
\n\tCollect customer feedback and support service and product improvement.
\n\tHandle customer complaints professionally and maintain high service standards.
\n\tBuild long-term client relationships to promote loyalty and retention.<\/p>\n
Skills & Requirements<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
\n\tAt least 2 years\u2019 experience in microfinance, sales, credit, or relationship management.
\n\tGood understanding of loan products and repayment management.
\n\tStrong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
\n\tAbility to work independently in the field and meet performance targets.
\n\tHigh integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
\n\tBasic computer skills and report writing ability.<\/p>\n
