Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field
\n\t3-5 years of relevant experience in ERP support, implementation, or administration
\n\tMust have participated in at least one full ERP implementation cycle (Tier 1 or Tier 2 systems)
\n\tUnderstanding of ERP systems and business processes (finance, HR, supply chain, or operations)
\n\tExperience with ERP configuration, support, or functional\/user-side implementation
\n\tGood troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
\n\tStrong communication and stakeholder management abilities
\n\tKnowledge of databases, reporting tools, and system integrations is an added advantage
\n\tAbility to bridge technical and business requirements effectively
\n\tProactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in teams<\/p>\n
Role & Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tSupport ERP implementation, maintenance, and system optimization across business functions
\n\tGather business requirements from users and translate them into functional system solutions \u2022 Provide first-level technical and functional support for ERP-related issues and queries
\n\tCoordinate with vendors, developers, and teams during ERP implementation and support cycles \u2022 Assist in system testing, UAT, user training, and preparation of documentation and SOPs \u2022 Monitor system performance, data accuracy, and support reporting within ERP platforms
\n\tIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvement within business workflows
\n\tSupport ongoing digital transformation and system enhancement initiatives<\/p>\n
