About the Role<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the full recruitment cycle across multiple departments, contributing to the attraction and hiring of top talent. Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tSource candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
\n\tScreen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates\u2019 qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
\n\tCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
\n\tMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
\n\tParticipate in recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
\n\tProvide administrative and operational support to the recruitment team, including interview preparation and candidate communications.
\n\tCollaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.<\/p>\n
Requirements & Qualifications<\/p>\n
Education & Experience<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
\n\tMandatory previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (Minimum 1 year)<\/p>\n
Technical Skills<\/p>\n
\tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
\n\tExperience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).<\/p>\n
Language Skills<\/p>\n
\tAdvanced English level (C1 or higher) is required.
\n\tClear and neutral accent for effective communication with international candidates and stakeholders.<\/p>\n
