Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tKenya| Full-time & Onsite
\n\tBachelor’s degree or Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
\n\tMinimum 1 year of experience in reservations for a safari tour company and tour operations.
\n\tStrong communication and problem-solving skills.
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with booking systems.
\n\tAttention to deatail, multitasking ability, and customer-first approach.
\n\tKnowledge of East Africa destinations is a plus.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tSupport in processing and confirming flights reservations, hotels, and activities. \u2022 Liaise with hotels, airlines, and service providers to ensure availability and smooth delivery.
\n\tAssist in issuing hotel vouchers, itineraries, quotations, invoices, and booking confirmations to sales team.
\n\tAssist the sales team in creating itineraries based on client needs.
\n\tAddress booking changes, cancellations, special requests, and emergency support.
\n\tCollaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to align bookings with company processes.
\n\tAssit in keeping up-to-date digital and physical files for all reservations and related documents.
\n\tMonitor service standards, gather feedback, and help improve the process.<\/p>\n
