Qualifications & Requirements<\/p>\n
Applicants must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or any other relevant business-related field
\n\tMinimum of three (3) years\u2019 experience in a similar role within a busy Level 4 hospital or healthcare institution
\n\tStrong knowledge of Kisumu and surrounding regions, including community networks and corporate landscape
\n\tProven ability in healthcare marketing, patient acquisition, and business development
\n\tStrong understanding of hospital services positioning and competitive healthcare marketing strategies
\n\tExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
\n\tAbility to develop and execute effective marketing and outreach campaigns
\n\tExperience in managing partnerships with corporates, insurers, NGOs, and community groups will be an added advantage
\n\tProficiency in digital marketing and social media engagement will be an added advantage
\n\tHigh level of professionalism, creativity, and result-oriented mindset
\n\tAbility to work independently and deliver measurable growth outcomes<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
The successful candidate will be expected to:<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and implement business development and marketing strategies to drive patient volume growth
\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with corporates, insurers, referral partners, and community stakeholders
\n\tPromote hospital services including outpatient, inpatient, maternity, theatre, diagnostics, and specialized clinics
\n\tConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
\n\tPlan and execute outreach programs, health campaigns, and community engagement activities
\n\tStrengthen hospital brand visibility across Kisumu and surrounding regions
\n\tManage hospital marketing communications, including digital platforms and promotional materials
\n\tSupport patient acquisition initiatives and conversion of leads into service utilization
\n\tTrack, analyze, and report on marketing performance and business development outcomes
\n\tCollaborate with internal departments to align service delivery with market needs<\/p>\n
