The Security Manager will oversee and coordinate all security operations across the Farm and associated sites to ensure the safety and protection of company personnel, assets, infrastructure, fish stock, vessels, and operations. The role involves managing physical and marine security, CCTV surveillance, investigations, emergency response, and security systems while leading site security teams and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.<\/p>\n

Security Operations Management<\/p>\n
\tManage day-to-day security operations across the Farm and associated sites.
\n\tSupervise all security personnel including guards, supervisors, foremen, CCTV controllers, and marine security teams.
\n\tDevelop duty rosters, deployment plans, and operational security strategies.
\n\tEnsure 24\/7 security coverage for all operational areas.
\n\tConduct regular inspections and security audits of all facilities and operational areas.
\n\tEnsure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
\n\tCoordinate rapid response to security incidents and emergencies.<\/p>\n
Marine and Concession Security<\/p>\n
\tOversee all marine security operations within the company concessions.
\n\tSupervise security patrol boats and ensure proper deployment of marine guards.
\n\tMonitor vessel movement and ensure compliance with designated routes and concession boundaries.
\n\tEnsure all security vessels are properly equipped with first aid kits, fire extinguishers, radios, life jackets and emergency response equipment.
\n\tCoordinate emergency responses on the water including accidents, theft incidents, and rescue operations.
\n\tWork closely with coxswains and marine teams to improve operational safety and compliance.<\/p>\n
\u00a0CCTV and Control Room Management<\/p>\n
\tOversee CCTV operations and ensure effective monitoring of all surveillance systems.
\n\tManage control room staff and ensure professional operation of the control room at all times.
\n\tEnsure all incidents are properly recorded, escalated, and reported.
\n\tCoordinate with technical teams regarding camera installations, repairs, and maintenance.
\n\tEnsure proper utilization of thermal cameras, PTZ cameras, radar systems, AIS tracking systems, vehicle tracking platforms and access control systems.
\n\tReview CCTV footage and conduct investigations into incidents, theft, misconduct, and safety violations.<\/p>\n
Security Systems and Technology<\/p>\n
\tOversee installation, maintenance, and operation of security systems including CCTV systems, radar systems, access control systems, radio communication systems, intrusion detection systems, alarm systems and tracking systems
\n\tCoordinate with internal and external technical teams regarding system upgrades and repairs.
\n\tEnsure security systems remain operational with minimal downtime.
\n\tSupport implementation of new security technologies and AI-driven monitoring solutions.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Investigations and Incident Management<\/p>\n
\tConduct and supervise investigations into theft, fish loss, fraud, sabotage, misconduct, safety incidents and security breaches
\n\tCollect and preserve evidence including CCTV footage, photographs, witness statements, and reports.
\n\tPrepare detailed investigation reports with findings and recommendations.
\n\tLiaise with law enforcement agencies, government authorities, and emergency services where required.
\n\tAttend disciplinary hearings and provide security-related evidence and recommendations.<\/p>\n
Emergency Response and Safety<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate emergency response procedures for medical emergencies, fire incidents, boat accidents, security threats, missing persons and severe weather incidents
\n\tEnsure all security staff are trained on emergency response, radio communication, firefighting, first aid and incident reporting
\n\tEnsure emergency communication systems remain operational at all times.
\n\tParticipate in emergency drills and safety exercises.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Personnel Management and Training<\/p>\n
\tRecruit, train, supervise, and evaluate security staff.
\n\tConduct performance appraisals and disciplinary management where necessary.
\n\tEnsure guards maintain professional conduct, appearance, and discipline.
\n\tConduct regular toolbox talks, briefings, and operational meetings.
\n\tMentor supervisors and foremen to improve operational effectiveness.
\n\tIdentify training needs and coordinate staff development.<\/p>\n
Reporting and Administration<\/p>\n
\tPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports.
\n\tMaintain accurate records of incidents, patrols, visitor access, investigations, equipment inventories, attendance, fuel usage and vessel deployment
\n\tEnsure proper documentation and filing of all security records.
\n\tMonitor and manage departmental resources and consumables.<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Coordination<\/p>\n
\tWork closely with farm management, logistics teams, HSE, HR, and operations departments.
\n\tCoordinate with government authorities including Police, Coast Guard, KMA, BMUs and Local administration
\n\tSupport executive management with security planning and operational recommendations.<\/p>\n
Skills and qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s Degree in Criminology, Criminal Justice, Security Management, Security and Risk Management, or a related field.
\n\tMinimum of 10 years\u2019 experience in security operations management.
\n\tProven experience managing large security teams.
\n\tExperience in investigations and incident management.
\n\tStrong leadership and people management skills.
\n\tGood understanding of CCTV systems and security technologies.
\n\tStrong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
\n\tAbility to respond effectively to emergencies.
\n\tKnowledge of radio communication procedures and emergency response systems.
\n\tHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and sound decision-making.
\n\tProficient in computer applications, including report writing and security systems.
\n\tFlexibility to work outside normal working hours when required.<\/p>\n
