Job Purpose<\/p>\n
The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth for Kimisitu Investment Company by actively marketing and selling the company\u2019s real estate portfolio. The role involves prospecting, client relationship management, closing sales, and delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the property acquisition journey.<\/p>\n
Key Duties & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tIdentify, prospect, and generate high-quality leads for residential housing projects
\n\tMarket the company\u2019s real estate products to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets
\n\tConduct professional property presentations, site visits, and viewings for prospects
\n\tBuild strong client relationships and provide expert advisory on property investment
\n\tPrepare and negotiate offers, agreements, and sales contracts with potential buyers
\n\tMaintain accurate sales pipeline data and prepare regular performance forecasts
\n\tCollaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives
\n\tEnsure full compliance with legal and documentation requirements in all property sales<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tDiploma\/Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field
\n\tMinimum 3 years\u2019 proven experience in real estate sales (Apartments\/Residential)
\n\tDemonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
\n\tDeep understanding of the property market and modern sales processes<\/p>\n
