You will play a key role in driving enrolment growth and delivering an outstanding experience for students and parents through the following responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>\tDefine and execute KISC\u2019s student recruitment strategy across four campuses<br \/>\n\tDrive enrolment growth and manage the admissions journey end-to-end<br \/>\n\tBuild strong prospect pipelines through partnerships and outreach<br \/>\n\tSupport parent engagement and student retention initiatives<br \/>\n\tTrack admissions performance through the CRM and share insights with management<br \/>\n\tLead and coordinate the local admissions and marketing team<br \/>\n\tPartner closely with Heads of School on enrolment priorities<br \/>\n\tEnsure strong and consistent Enko brand visibility across campuses<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate:<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a candidate who brings more than just experience &#8211;\u00a0 someone with the right skills and mindset to drive enrolment growth, build strong relationships with families, and strengthen KISC\u2019s position as a school of choice.
