\tReporting to the Regional HR Manager East Africa and part of the Human Resources function, the Talent Manager plays a key role in supporting the company’s growth by attracting, developing, and retaining high-performing talent.
\n\tLead the recruitment of senior and critical roles, while building strong talent pipelines and driving effective attraction and selection strategies
\n\tDesign and implement talent development initiatives, including learning programs, career paths, competency frameworks and digital learning solutions
\n\tDrive leadership development and succession planning, including the identification and development of high-potential employees
\n\tManage the performance management cycle and support managers through goal setting, feedback and coaching
\n\tEnhance employee engagement, retention and organizational culture, including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives
\n\tContribute to competitive compensation practices and manage key external partnerships (universities, agencies, training providers), including employer branding activities<\/p>\n
Profile<\/p>\n
\tMaster’s degree in human resources management \/ Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development
\n\tStrong expertise in recruitment, talent development, coaching and mentoring across the talent lifecycle
\n\tExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills
\n\tGood understanding of workforce planning and HR analytics
\n\tAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment<\/p>\n
