\tThe Resort Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations across guest services, food & beverage, and recreational facilities. This role ensures smooth coordination between departments, maintains high service standards, and delivers exceptional guest experiences.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tGuest Experience: Supervise front desk operations, handle guest concerns, and ensure personalized service.
\n\tTeam Leadership: Manage and motivate staff, schedule shifts, and conduct training sessions.
\n\tOperations Oversight: Monitor, maintenance, and food service to maintain quality standards.
\n\tFinancial Control: Assist in budgeting, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
\n\tCompliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
\n\tEvent Coordination: Support planning and execution of special events, conferences, and recreational activities.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tDiploma\/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
\n\t2\u20135 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or resort operations.
\n\tStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
\n\tKnowledge of property management systems and hospitality software.
\n\tAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.<\/p>\n
