Sales Performance \u2014 own targets, monitor daily figures, track sell-through by brand
\n\tRecruit sales agents \u2014 coach and supervise sales executives, run briefings, manage attendance and conduct
\n\tTrack performance and stock levels, pricing accuracy
\n\tCustomer & Relationship Management \u2014 handle escalations, build partner relationships
\n\tReporting & Administration \u2014 daily sales reports, stock reports and tracking<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Degree in Sales, Business, or Marketing
\n\t2\u20134 years team lead sales experience, at least 1 year in a supervisory role
\n\tMobile\/electronics\/FMCG distribution background preferred<\/p>\n
