Role Description<\/p>\n
This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Leasing Consultant role based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales and Leasing Consultant will be responsible for;<\/p>\n
\tBuild strong relationships with startups, SMEs, corporates, NGOs, and remote professionals.
\n\tGenerate new business leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and direct outreach.
\n\tPromote coworking memberships, private offices, dedicated desks, virtual offices, meeting rooms, and event spaces.
\n\tConduct professional tours for prospective clients and showcase available facilities.
\n\tDevelop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
\n\tPrepare and negotiate membership agreements and lease documentation.
\n\tConvert inquiries into paying members and long-term clients.
\n\tAchieve monthly and quarterly occupancy and revenue targets.
\n\tIdentify opportunities for upselling additional services.
\n\tEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
\n\tResolve member concerns promptly and professionally.
\n\tMarketing available properties, conducting property tours, and guiding prospective residents through the leasing process from initial inquiry to move-in.
\n\tThe role includes preparing and managing lease documents, ensuring accurate lease administration, and maintaining up-to-date records in relevant systems.
\n\tThe consultant will handle resident inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and implement strategies to enhance resident retention and satisfaction.
\n\tDay-to-day tasks also involve coordinating with property management and maintenance teams, monitoring market trends, and achieving occupancy and revenue targets through effective sales and customer service practices.
\n\tSupport marketing campaigns aimed at increasing occupancy.
\n\tParticipate in networking events, exhibitions, and business forums.
\n\tDevelop partnerships with business associations, chambers of commerce, and startup communities.
\n\tGather market intelligence on competitor offerings and pricing.
\n\tMaintain CRM records and sales activity reports.
\n\tTrack occupancy rates, sales performance, and lead conversion metrics.
\n\tPrepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
\n\tEnsure all membership agreements and documentation are properly filed.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tStrong knowledge of leases, lease terms, and lease administration, with the ability to prepare, review, and manage lease documentation accurately.
\n\tExperience in resident retention, including relationship-building, conflict resolution, and implementing initiatives that improve resident satisfaction and renewals.
\n\tExcellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage prospects, respond to inquiries professionally, and manage diverse resident needs.
\n\tProven sales or leasing experience in real estate, property management, or a related field is highly preferred.
\n\tAbility to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and meet leasing and occupancy targets in a fast-paced environment.
\n\tProficiency with basic office software and property management or CRM systems; comfort with digital tools for reporting and documentation.
\n\tRelevant diploma or bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.
\n\tHigh level of integrity, attention to detail, and a professional, customer-focused approach.<\/p>\n
