Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tManage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
\n\tHandle both specialized recruitment and large-scale mass hiring projects
\n\tSource and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and professional networks
\n\tConduct screening interviews and support candidate shortlisting
\n\tCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
\n\tBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines across African markets
\n\tEnsure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
\n\tPrepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics
\n\tSupport regional recruitment initiatives and cross-border hiring projects<\/p>\n
Key Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
\n\t3\u20135 years of recruitment experience (preferably in a recruitment agency or staffing firm)
\n\tProven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently
\n\tStrong experience handling mass recruitment projects and high-volume hiring
\n\tDemonstrated ability to recruit across multiple African markets and industries
\n\tHands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques
\n\tStrong headhunting, screening, and talent assessment skills
\n\tExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
\n\tAbility to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
\n\tStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously<\/p>\n
