Job Summary<\/p>\n
\tKEDA Ceramics is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse (WH&L) Documentation Specialist to manage and maintain accurate warehouse records, stock movement documentation, and inventory data in the carton warehouse. The role ensures real-time updates of inbound and outbound materials, supports inventory reconciliation, and maintains proper documentation control in a fast-paced warehouse environment.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tEnsure accurate and timely updates of all inbound and outbound warehouse materials in the system and records.
\n\tMaintain tracking records for belts, pallets, hardware, timbers, and other warehouse assets.
\n\tPrepare and update daily stock reports for all godowns, identify deviations, analyze root causes, and escalate issues to the Warehouse Manager or HOD.
\n\tCoordinate with the issuing team regarding waybills and delivery notes, and with the receiving team for Finished Goods Receipt Notes (FGRN).
\n\tPrint, verify, and review warehouse inventory movement documents, ensuring accuracy between system records and physical inventory.
\n\tIdentify and report discrepancies between physical inventory and system records for corrective action.
\n\tMaintain proper filing and documentation control for all warehouse stock movement records.
\n\tEnsure storage hygiene and uphold 5S standards within the assigned warehouse area.
\n\tSupport stock audits and inventory verification exercises when required.
\n\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth warehouse documentation flow and operational efficiency.
\n\tPerform any other duties assigned by leadership or management.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Requirements<\/p>\n
\t1\u20132 years of active experience in data management, warehouse operations, or logistics documentation.
\n\tDiploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
\n\tStrong understanding of inventory documentation and warehouse processes.
\n\tExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
\n\tGood communication and coordination skills.
\n\tAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
\n\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n
