Role Overview<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead and oversee recruitment operations. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, guiding a team of recruiters, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent aligned with business needs.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tSupervise and lead the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring hiring targets and KPIs are met.
\n\tDevelop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
\n\tManage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job requisition to offer stage.
\n\tPartner with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs.
\n\tTrack and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and drive continuous improvement.
\n\tEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
\n\tMaintain compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
\n\tProvide coaching, training, and performance management to recruiters.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor or similar leadership role.
\n\tProven experience managing recruitment teams.
\n\tAdvanced English proficiency (required).
\n\tStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
\n\tAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
\n\tAvailability to work full-time.<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tExperience in high-volume or regional recruitment.
\n\tFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
\n\tStrong analytical skills and experience working with recruitment data.<\/p>\n
