Job Purpose:<\/p>\n
\tThe Role is the point of contact for customers for ensuring positive customer experience and marketing to both new and existing customers in order to grow quality business on both the assets and liability book and generate revenue lines as per agreed targets with the segment head.
\n\tResponsible for retention of existing customers, growing the wallet share from existing business and effective relationship management of the assigned portfolio. The focus to be on shariah compliant financing and overall Barakah Banking book across all branches.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tIdentify and approach potential clients, introducing Bank products and services.
\n\tStrengthen ties with existing clients through cross-selling and expanding engagement.
\n\tConduct regular meetings to foster client relationships and expand connections.
\n\tGather crucial financial and non-financial documents for credit analysis.
\n\tDevelop strategies to grow the assigned portfolio and implement them.
\n\tAct as the main point of contact for clients, managing accounts and responding promptly.
\n\tBuild strong client relationships and attend events for further interaction.
\n\tCustomize banking solutions to meet client business needs based on their operations.
\n\tOffer exceptional customer service and guide clients on investment products.
\n\tShare results, propose solutions, and recommend concessions when needed.
\n\tHandle a diverse range of clients, from MSMEs to large SMEs, addressing their unique needs.
\n\tEnsure AML\/KYC compliance, analyze financials, negotiate terms, and coordinate processes to deliver services effectively.<\/p>\n
Academic Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s Degree in a Social Science or related field.
\n\tKnowledge and certifications on Islamic Banking.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Professional Qualifications \/ Membership to professional bodies\/ Publication:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tRelevant professional qualification.
\n\tMember of a relevant professional body.<\/p>\n
Work Experience Required:<\/p>\n
\tAt least Four (4) years relevant experience in a similar organization.<\/p>\n
