About the Role<\/p>\n
\tOur client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to help expand our corporate client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the stationery and office supplies sector.
\n\tThis is the first sales hire in a planned expansion, offering an opportunity to grow into a larger sales team as the business develops.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tIdentify and acquire new corporate clients, schools, NGOs, and wholesale customers.
\n\tPromote and sell office stationery, school supplies, office consumables, toners, cartridges, and related products.
\n\tConduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations where necessary.
\n\tBuild and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
\n\tPrepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
\n\tEnsure timely collection of payments from clients brought on board.
\n\tAchieve a monthly sales target of KES 1,000,000 in revenue.
\n\tMaintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
\n\tMonitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tCandidates must have previous sales experience within the stationery, office supplies, or printing sectors.
\n\tStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
\n\tSelf-motivated and capable of working independently in the field.
\n\tGood organizational and time-management skills.
\n\tAbility to meet and exceed sales targets.
\n\tProficiency in basic computer applications.<\/p>\n
