REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
\tDegree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Front Office Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field
\n\tMinimum of 2 years’ experience in a front office or receptionist role, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
\n\tComputer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
\n\tWell-versed in front office operations and customer service management
\n\tExperience operating front office equipment and payment processing machines (PDQ terminals)
\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kiswahili
\n\tProfessional appearance, excellent interpersonal skills, and a customer-oriented attitude
\n\tStrong organizational and multitasking abilities
\n\tAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times<\/p>\n
WORK SCHEDULE:
\nShift 1: 6:00 AM \u2013 2:00 PM
\nShift 2: 2:00 PM \u2013 10:00 PM<\/p>\n
Location: Nairobi<\/p>\n
Salary: Ksh 40,000 Gross<\/p>\n
