Job Description<\/p>\n
\u00a0Field Sales Team Support<\/p>\n
\tSupervise & support field sales representatives to achieve sales targets
\n\tConduct regular field visits to monitor performance and provide coaching where necessary.
\n\tEnsure proper execution of sales strategies and promotional activities in the market.
\n\tAssist in setting team targets and tracking performance metrics.<\/p>\n
Farm Outreach & Market Engagement<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate and support farm outreach activities and customer engagement initiatives.
\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, stockists, and key\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 stakeholders.
\n\tOrganize market activations, and awareness campaigns to increase product visibility.<\/p>\n
Monitoring, Reporting & Analytics<\/p>\n
\tPrepare regular sales and performance reports for management review.
\n\tMonitor team productivity, sales trends, and market coverage.
\n\tAnalyze market trends, competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
\n\tTrack KPIs and recommend improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n
Branch Market Activities<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate branch-level marketing and sales activities
\n\tEnsure teams effectively execute promotional campaigns and market development initiatives.
\n\tLead in identifying new business opportunities and customer segments.<\/p>\n
Stockist Management<\/p>\n
\tManage relationships with stockists and distributors within assigned regions.
\n\tMonitor stock availability and distribution efficiency.
\n\tEnsure proper product visibility and market penetration through stockists.
\n\tResolve issues affecting stock movement and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Route-to-Market Support<\/p>\n
\tReview and evaluate route-to-market effectiveness and efficiency.
\n\tIdentify non-viable routes and recommend corrective actions or restructuring.
\n\tSupport the development and implementation of improved distribution strategies<\/p>\n
Job Requirements<\/p>\n
KEY REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Agribusiness, Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
\n\tMinimum of 5 years in sales management, preferably in the agricultural or agribusiness sector.
\n\tDemonstrated experience in developing and executing business growth strategies.<\/p>\n
