Roles\/Duties & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tIdentify and develop relationships with Chinese businesses and networks
\n\tAcquire new clients and grow the existing client portfolio
\n\tGrow business in deposits, trade finance, remittances, guarantees, and foreign exchange income
\n\tAchieve targets in assets, liabilities, and non-funded income
\n\tManage and grow a portfolio of Chinese-speaking clients
\n\tMaintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and Chinese associations
\n\tServe as the main contact for client inquiries and advisory needs
\n\tProvide high-quality customer service across all client interactions
\n\tDevelop external networks within the Chinese business ecosystem
\n\tAddress and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
\n\tSupport smooth client onboarding and transaction processing
\n\tBuild strong internal relationships across departments<\/p>\n
Skills & Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree from a recognized university
\n\tFluency in Mandarin (Chinese) is mandatory
\n\tExperience in banking, sales, or relationship management is an added advantage
\n\tUnderstanding of trade finance and corporate banking products is desirable
\n\tStrong relationship management skills
\n\tBusiness development skills
\n\tCross-cultural sensitivity
\n\tAbility to meet strict performance targets
\n\tAbility to adapt in a dynamic and competitive environment
\n\tHigh integrity and professionalism
\n\tExcellent communication and negotiation skills<\/p>\n
