Main Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tOccupancy Check Management
\n\tMonitor renewal-related triggers, such as:
\n\tTransitions to Month-to-Month (MTM)
\n\t7 days without a response after MTM begins
\n\tCreate and manage verification orders on the iVueit platform:
\n\tConfigure external inspections (72-hour SLA)
\n\tValidate addresses and properties
\n\tConfigure visit windows (8:00 a.m. \u2013 6:00 p.m.)
\n\tActivate evidence with photos and notifications
\n\tEnsure the accuracy and quality of each order before submitting it
\n\tInternal Escalations and Work Orders
\n\tGenerate escalation tasks and workflows in Ender
\n\tCreate and assign work orders
\n\tDocument requests with clear and detailed context
\n\tCoordinate with the team Maintenance as appropriate
\n\tResults Tracking and Management
\n\tAnalyze iVueit results and route accordingly:
\n\tVacant properties \u2192 Move-outs team
\n\tOccupied properties \u2192 Renewals team
\n\tCases with amounts <$500 \u2192 Move-outs
\n\tCases \u2265 $500 \u2192 Hold and additional validation
\n\tInconclusive results \u2192 Internal escalation
\n\tKeep records and statuses updated for each case<\/p>\n
Administrative Support<\/p>\n
\tSupport administrative requests related to retention
\n\tEnsure consistency in processes and documentation
\n\tIdentify opportunities for improvement and report incidents<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tHigh attention to detail and process orientation
\n\tAbility to work with multiple tools (iVueit, Ender)
\n\tExcellent written communication
\n\tAbility to prioritize time-sensitive tasks
\n\tMinimum 1 year of experience in property management operations and administrative support<\/p>\n
