This role requires a technology-savvy professional who can effectively manage office operations, maintain records, coordinate events, and provide exceptional service to students, parents, staff, and visitors.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Office &amp; Operations Management<\/p>\n<p>\tCoordinate and oversee daily administrative and operational activities to ensure a productive, organized, and efficient working environment.<br \/>\n\tSupport the smooth functioning of school operations through effective planning, coordination, and administrative support.<br \/>\n\tManage office supplies, equipment, and administrative resources.<\/p>\n<p>Customer Service &amp; Stakeholder Engagement<\/p>\n<p>\tServe as the primary point of contact for parents, students, visitors, and other stakeholders.<br \/>\n\tProvide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.<br \/>\n\tFacilitate clear and effective communication between various departments and stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>Records Management &amp; Compliance<\/p>\n<p>\tMaintain accurate, organized, and confidential student, staff, and institutional records.<br \/>\n\tEnsure compliance with school policies, procedures, and record-keeping requirements.<br \/>\n\tSupport data management and reporting functions as required.<\/p>\n<p>Event Coordination<\/p>\n<p>\tPlan, coordinate, and support the execution of school events, meetings, workshops, and special functions.<br \/>\n\tLiaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery.<br \/>\n\tManage event logistics, scheduling, and administrative requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Team Coordination<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport and coordinate administrative support staff to promote efficiency and teamwork.<br \/>\n\tFoster a collaborative and professional working environment.<br \/>\n\tAssist in implementing administrative best practices and process improvements.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<\/p>\n<p>\tDiploma or Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, Education Administration, or a related field.<br \/>\n\tMinimum of\u00a0three (3) years&#8217;
