Position Summary<\/p>\n
\tThe Project Delivery Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects from award through completion and handover. The role acts as the central link between clients, consultants, designers, procurement, suppliers, contractors, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
\n\tThe Project Delivery Manager is accountable for project execution, documentation, communication, reporting, and overall project performance.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Project Planning & Coordination<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and maintain project schedules and delivery plans.
\n\tCoordinate all project activities from design through handover.
\n\tEstablish project milestones and monitor progress.
\n\tIdentify potential delays and implement mitigation measures.
\n\tEnsure all project stakeholders are aligned on scope, timeline, and deliverables.<\/p>\n
Client Management<\/p>\n
\tServe as the primary point of contact during project execution.
\n\tConduct client meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
\n\tProvide regular project updates and progress reports.
\n\tManage client requests, instructions, and approvals.
\n\tMaintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery.<\/p>\n
Design & Technical Coordination<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and consultants.
\n\tReview project drawings and specifications for completeness.
\n\tTrack design submissions and approvals.
\n\tEnsure construction and manufacturing teams receive updated information.
\n\tIdentify and resolve design coordination issues.<\/p>\n
Procurement & Supply Chain Coordination<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate procurement activities with suppliers and vendors.
\n\tTrack material orders, fabrication, delivery, and installation schedules.
\n\tEnsure materials meet project specifications and quality requirements.
\n\tMonitor procurement lead times and identify potential supply risks.
\n\tFollow up on supplier performance and delivery commitments.<\/p>\n
Contractor & Site Management<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate contractors, subcontractors, and installation teams.
\n\tMonitor site progress against approved schedules.
\n\tConduct regular site inspections and project reviews.
\n\tEnsure compliance with quality, safety, and project requirements.
\n\tTrack and resolve site-related issues.<\/p>\n
Commercial & Cost Control<\/p>\n
\tMonitor project budgets and approved costs.
\n\tTrack variations, additional works, and change orders.
\n\tReview supplier and contractor quotations.
\n\tCoordinate with the finance team regarding project payments and cash flow requirements.
\n\tAssist in cost forecasting and project profitability monitoring.<\/p>\n
Documentation & Reporting<\/p>\n
\tMaintain project documentation and records.
\n\tPrepare weekly project status reports.
\n\tPrepare meeting minutes, action trackers, and project dashboards.
\n\tTrack project risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
\n\tMaintain updated project files and correspondence.<\/p>\n
Quality Management<\/p>\n
\tEnsure works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
\n\tCoordinate inspections and quality checks.
\n\tMonitor snagging and defect rectification processes.
\n\tEnsure successful project handover and closeout.<\/p>\n
Handover & Close-Out<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate project completion and client handover.
\n\tManage snag lists and close-out activities.
\n\tEnsure all project documentation is completed.
\n\tObtain completion certificates and client sign-off.
\n\tConduct lessons learned reviews after project completion.<\/p>\n

Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 5 years experience in project management.
\n\tExperience in design-build, hospitality, commercial, interior fit-out, or construction projects.
\n\tExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously.<\/p>\n
