Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tBSc\/BA\/KNQA
\n\t1 year experience in customer service
\n\tExcellent oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills; ability to work with staff at all levels
\n\tAbility to work in a team and individually to achieve goals.
\n\tEstablish and foster positive working relationships<\/p>\n
Main Missions :<\/p>\n
\tAttending to clients at respective posting (i.e. pass back, biometrics etc)
\n\tQuerying and ensuring applicants provide all required documents as stipulated in the checklist
\n\tRefer unresolved applicant grievances to the designated supervisor
\n\tConfer with applicants (by telephone or fact to face) to provide information about VISA applications
\n\tAddressing Grievance Problems and Resolve applicants servicing
\n\tReport Preparation
\n\tObtain and examine all relevant information\/documents presented by applicants
\n\tRecord & maintain all application data. Ensure accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero errors
\n\tMaintain a clean desk\/workstation always
\n\tMaintain floor order from applicants at all-time directing the to the respective station next
\n\tSupport the provision of healthy and safe working environment through good interpersonal and team practices
\n\tEnsure that the entire visa application process is completed within the mandated Turn Around Time
\n\tCarry out any duties assigned by your Line Manager<\/p>\n
