Master\u2019s degree preferred.<br \/>Preferred<br \/>Familiarity with global digital health frameworks and standards: WHO SCORE, OpenHIE, HL7 FHIR, SNOMED CT.<br \/>Experience supporting Ministries of Health in the development or operationalisation of national eHealth or digital health strategies.<br \/>Knowledge of health programme areas relevant to the Africa context HMIS, immunisation, HIV\/AIDS, maternal &#038;
