degree in health with clinical qualifications or a Master\u2019s degree in Public Health or related discipline.\u00a0 Clinical experience is an added advantage.<br \/>Knowledge and Experience:<br \/>Minimum 10 years progressive professional experience managing SRHR programmes in development and\/or humanitarian contexts;<br \/>Extensive experience in ensuring quality SRHR programming and service delivery, in particular maternal and newborn health, contraceptive and family planning services, comprehensive abortion care, and clinical management of rape and intimate partner violence in humanitarian and development contexts;<br \/>Experience managing health teams with the ability to motivate and encourage staff;<br \/>Experience in training and capacity strengthening;<br \/>Excellent ability and flexibility to understand the cultural and political environment and demonstrated capacity to communicate and uphold UNFPA\u2019s mandate and priorities in this context;<br \/>Experience leading initiatives, creating, and maintaining networks, and liaising with key stakeholders including donors;<br \/>Experience in resource mobilization;<br \/>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple
