Management<br \/>Ensure prudent utilization of project funds, equipment, logistics, and other resources in accordance with organizational policies and donor guidelines.<br \/>Supervise, mentor, and support project staff, including research assistants, data collectors, and practice facilitators.<br \/>Maintain accurate records of project assets, inventories, and activity deliverables.<br \/>Promote accountability, ethical conduct, teamwork, and continuous quality improvement throughout project implementation.<br \/>Qualifications and Experience<br \/>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Epidemiology or a related field.<br \/>A Master&#8217;s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Project Management, or a related discipline will be an added advantage.<br \/>Experience in project coordination, implementation research, or health systems strengthening in Kenya.<br \/>Demonstrated experience in capacity building, mentorship, and engagement with County Health Management Teams (CHMTs).<br \/>Experience managing donor-funded projects (e.g. WHO, NIH, USAID, Gates Foundation, or similar agencies) is desirable.<br \/>Skills and Competencies<br \/>Strong project planning, coordination, and organizational skills.<br \/>Excellent analytical, data management, and data visualization skills.<br \/>Strong report writing, presentation, and communication skills.<br \/>Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating multidisciplinary teams.<br \/>Excellent interpersonal, networking, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.<br \/>Demonstrated professionalism, diplomacy, and problem-solving ability.<br \/>Good understanding of Kenya&#8217;s health system and national health sector priorities.<br \/>Working Conditions<br \/>Full-time position based in Nairobi with frequent travel to<br \/>Kisumu, Homa Bay, and Migori Counties<br \/>.<br \/>Occasional evening or weekend work may
