Biostatistics, Applied Statistics, Health Informatics, Epidemiology, Public Health, Computer Science, or a related field.<br \/>A Master&#8217;s degree in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Health Informatics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related discipline will be an added advantage.<br \/>Experience<br \/>Minimum of<br \/>three (3) years<br \/>of progressively responsible experience in data management and statistical analysis within health research or public health programmes.<br \/>Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-site health research datasets.<br \/>Proven experience developing and managing REDCap databases and electronic data capture systems.<br \/>Proficiency in<br \/>REDCap<br \/>,<br \/>R or<br \/>STATA<br \/>.<br \/>Previous experience supporting implementation research, clinical research, or donor-funded projects is highly desirable.<br \/>Skills and Competencies<br \/>Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.<br \/>Excellent understanding of data management principles, database design, and data quality assurance.<br \/>Strong programming and scripting skills for data management and automation are an added advantage.<br \/>Excellent report writing, presentation, and data visualization skills.<br \/>High level of accuracy and attention to detail.<br \/>Strong organizational and project management skills.<br \/>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.<br \/>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary research teams.<br \/>Demonstrated commitment to research ethics, confidentiality, and data protection.<br \/>Working Conditions<br \/>Full-time position based in Nairobi with periodic travel to participating health facilities in<br \/>Nairobi,
