Training and hands on experience on value chain and market systems will be essential.<br \/>Excellent team player with demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across departments.<br \/>Experience with designing and implementing projects with a market-systems approach and\/or to create market linkages in Kenya<br \/>Experience working with micro and small businesses as well as overall market dynamics.<br \/>Has a sound of understanding of challenges refugees and the local community face with regards to business growth.<br \/>Highly analytical and organized.<br \/>Excellent creative and innovative thinking skills<br \/>Fluency in English and Swahili required with fluency in Somali language for the Garissa based position<\/p>\n<h3>How to Apply<\/h3>\n<p>Interested and qualified?
