provisioning and lifecycle management for laptops, monitors, peripherals, and other IT assets.\\nEnsure CCTV systems, network devices, and on-premise infrastructure are consistently monitored, maintained, and secured.\\nSystems Administration & Optimization\\nProvide strategic oversight and governance for all off-the-shelf enterprise systems, including diallers, CRM, productivity tools, workflow platforms, and data storage solutions.\\nEnsure systems are properly configured, adopted, documented, and optimized to support business processes.\\nReduce dependency on manual workarounds and uncontrolled spreadsheets by improving system usage, integrations, and data discipline.\\nPartner with functional teams to ensure systems meet operational needs without over-customization.\\nAutomation & Process Enablement\\nIdentify high-impact opportunities for automation in conjunction with Product leadership across operations, sales, CX, marketing, fleet,
