skills and experience required<br \/>Strong technical writing and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex software and ICT solutions into clear, client-focused proposals.<br \/>Experience in bid management, including tender analysis, proposal structuring, and compliance checking for public and private sector opportunities.<br \/>Background in software, ERP\/MIS, or ICT solutions, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, project managers, and consultants.<br \/>Proficiency in office productivity tools e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software and familiarity with bid or CRM management systems.<br \/>Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities to understand client requirements and design tailored solution narratives.<br \/>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality in all deliverables.<br \/>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.<br \/>Experience with institutional or government tenders in Kenya or the region is an advantage; knowledge of education sector solutions is a plus.<br \/>CIPS Certification or KISM Certification is an added advantage.<br \/>Minimum of 2\u20133 years&#8217; experience in technical proposal development, bid management, presales, solution consulting, or ICT business development.<br \/>Proven experience preparing successful proposals and tender submissions.<br \/>Experience responding to government, donor-funded, NGO, and corporate ICT tenders.<br \/>Experience with ERP, Education Technology, Digital Transformation, Software Development, Systems
