The position is a key driver to the realization of WVI\u2019s Faith and Development strategic intent in East Africa region.\\nThis internship is a 12 months\u2019 talent incubation programme aiming to give young Christian graduates real work experience, personal, spiritual and professional development through on- job mentorship and coaching.\\nCoordinate Staff Spiritual Formation Activities\\nHelp develop and coordinate the chapel program activities\\nFacilitate the equipping of small group leaders for effective staff formation sessions through small groups.\\nFacilitate availability of relevant Spiritual formation materials being careful to include areas of peace, protection, and opportunity that will influence Faith and Development\\nBrainstorm, plan, and roll out relevant topics and areas of focus on spiritual focus that should be engaged to staff\\nReview and analyze the relevance and value add of the materials provided to staff and how they have been utilized\\nAttend Chapel Committee meetings\\nHelp in planning Day of Prayer for East Africa Office\\nBe the point person on prayer updates of the Region\\nProgram Integration\\nHelp in organizing staff training for Faith and Development models such as Empowered World View.\\nAdministrative Responsibilities\\nAdministrative support to Regional Faith and Development Senior Technical Advisor and SPDQ Director.\\nCoordinate and provide logistical support for F&D Regional Forums and meetings\\nProvide support for travel bookings and logistics\\nCoordinate and consolidate team inputs for monthly and quarterly reports\\nThought Leadership & Publications in area of expertise\\nPopulate, provide and develop bible study guides to be used in small groups throughout the FY\\nOthers\\nCarry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Regional Faith and Development Advisor and SPDQ Director.\\nAttend and participate in devotional meetings.\\nKNOWLEDGE\/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE\\nRequired Professional Experience\\nMust be a committed Christian, able to stand above denominational diversities.
