The assignments are office\/desk and field\/site based.\\nThe candidate is expected to exhibit and communicate World Vision's Values and Christian ethos and demonstrate spiritual life that stands above any denominational beliefs.\\nThis internship is a 12 months\u2019 talent incubation programme aiming to give young Christian graduates real work experience, personal, spiritual and professional development through on- job mentorship and coaching.\\nMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES\\nSupport the WASH program in the implementation of the WASH Business plan in 9 countries which are Burundi, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Somalia, Tanzania, Sudan, South Sudan and Uganda.\\nSupport the WASH Program in Resource Acquisition and Development through development of marketing materials from different country offices\\nSupport in the development of communication and social media documentation materials for WASH and WASH conferences\\nMonitor and support Risk management and mitigation for WASH projects in collaboration with the Regional Risk management officer.\\nProvide support in the development, adaptation and scaling up of project models and approaches that contribute to specific child well-being outcomes\\nSupport field offices in Water Tracking, data validation especially on the culture of quality\\nStrengthen the WASH community of practice CoP in EAR through the establishment and running of the regional chapter\\nOther responsibilities:\\nCarry out additional responsibilities as may be required.\\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS REQUIRED\\nBachelor\u2019s degree in civil engineering, construction technology, civil and environmental engineering, water and sanitation and\/or related fields.\\nMust be registered with a professional practicing body in the field of specialization.
