By actively participating in these tasks, the intern will contribute to personal growth and professional development, allowing them to build a strong foundation for a career in resource development or a related field.\\nMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES\\nMonitor and Report Field Office Progress\\nSchedule, send the agenda, invites and take meeting notes for dissemination and filing in Box for Grant acquisition and Management GAMHUB quarterly calls, one- on-one EARO RDU-FO meetings and the EARO-RDU bi-weekly catch-up calls\\nSupport preparations for the annual GAM Forum\\nUpdate the EAR, FO and external partners contact list\\nFile and organize the EAR GAM documents in Box\\nResearch and Analysis Influence\\nCoordinate information collection for capacity statement development\\nUpdate the Grant Opportunity Acquisition Tracking GOAT report for further review\\nAdministrative Support, Planning and Reporting\\nPrepare the draft budget, agenda and logistics flights, accommodation, meals, ground transport, RDU material, passports and visas for WV EAR RDU internal and external meetings, workshops, launches, conferences or forums\\nSupport knowledge EAR GAM knowledge management site and the teams\u2019 channels documents.\\nSupport with ensuring engagement meeting notes, action points are documented and executed.\\nSupport with prayer meetings every two weeks.
