We also mobilize and support these decision makers to use these solutions to build better programs and policies at scale.\\nAbout the Project:\\nThe Daycare Evaluation Program (DEP) Project is a project that seeks to evaluate the market- and firm-level impacts of an innovative social franchising model implemented by Kidogo that aims to improve childcare quality and access in multiple Counties in Kenya. The evaluation is led by PIs from Ohio State University, University of Vermont and Villanova University.\\n\\nThe project has had several phases of data collection including Baseline in 2024, Midline in 2025 and Endline of one of the components started mid this year with more activities scheduled in the remainder of the year. DEP has presence in 11 counties Busia, Bungoma, Kakamega, Uasin Gishu, Nakuru, Nairobi, Kiambu, Machakos, Kajiado, Mombasa and Kilifi Counties.\\n\\nWe are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Field Officers to support a component of Child development for children aged 3\u20136 years. Field Officers will administer the International Development and Early Learning Assessment (IDELA) using SurveyCTO and interact directly with young children in daycare, preschool or home settings.\\n\\nThis role primarily involves administering one-on-one child assessments with young children and therefore requires individuals who are patient, engaging and comfortable working directly with children.\\nAbout the Position:\\nThe Field Officer under the general supervision of the Research Associate and within the limits of Innovations for Poverty Action-Kenya policies and procedures coordinates the facilitation of field activities and functions within IPAK.
