departmental, clinical, and organizational meetings and trainings as required.<br \/>Qualifications<br \/>Education and Experience<br \/>Be a Kenyan Registered Nurse with the Nursing Council of Kenya and maintain validity of the practice license.<br \/>Hold a Higher National Diploma in Intensive Care Nursing.<br \/>Bachelors of Science in Nursing is an added advantage<br \/>4 years\u2019 experience as a Nurse with 2 years\u2019 experience in an Intensive Care Unit ICU<br \/>Current certifications in: Advanced Cardiac Life Support ACLS, Advanced Trauma Life Support ATLS and Paediatric Advanced Life Support PALS with experience in Pre-hospital emergency patient care.<br \/>Proficiency in computer studies word, excel, power point, CRM system, outlook, internet.<br \/>Teaching experience and \/ or Instructor status in a healthcare related certification, Critical Care transport experience ground or air is an added advantage<br \/>Knowledge, Skills and Competencies<br \/>Excellent communication skills \u2013 both verbal and written, a good command of the English Language.<br \/>Good interpersonal skills and empathy.<br \/>Excellent customer service skills.<br \/>Ability to work in and within a team<br \/>Ability to rise to challenges and stay calm under pressure.<br \/>Ability to maintain high level of integrity and confidentiality.<br \/>Ability to
