Required Qualifications and Experience \u25cf Bachelor\u2019s degree in Conservation Biology, Natural Resource Management, Environmental\u00a0Science, or related field (master\u2019s preferred). \u25cf Minimum 5-7years of experience managing conservation or community development\u00a0programs. \u25cf Proven experience in team leadership, budget management, project implementation, and\u00a0stakeholder engagement. \u25cf Prior experience within a conservation or animal welfare organisation is strongly preferred. \u25cf Experience working with wildlife authorities, community conservancies, indigenous\u00a0communities, or protected area systems. \u25cf Familiarity with donor-funded projects (USG, EU, FCDO, GEF, Foundations) will be an added\u00a0advantage. \u25cf Strong understanding of MEAL tools, including ecological monitoring or SMART systems.
