matters.<br \/>Articulate issues relating to College\u2019s mandate in national and regional stakeholders forums.<br \/>Appraise the direct reports.<br \/>Approval of the Directorate\u2019s budget and expenditure.<br \/>Approval of Directorate\u2019s annual procurement and assets disposal.<br \/>Lead in Directorate\u2019s Resource mobilization.<br \/>Person Specifications<br \/>For appointment to this position, a candidate must have:-<br \/>Masters Degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.<br \/>Bachelors Degree in Tourism, Hospitality or related field from a recognized institution.<br \/>At least fifteen 15 years\u2019 work experience five 5 of which are in a management position.<br \/>Leadership course lasting not less than 4 weeks.<br \/>Two 2 Publication in a renowned journal or developed and facilitated capacity building programs\/courses aligned with the institution\u2019s mandate.<br \/>Demonstrated results in work performance.<br \/>Meet the
