this position, an officer must have:<br \/>Served for a minimum of eight 8 years in Public Service or in a large and reputable organization in the Private Sector, four 4 of which must have been at a senior management level.<br \/>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in any of the following disciplines: &#8211; Human Resource Management\/Development\/Planning, Commerce Accounting or Finance option, Public Administration, Business Administration, Political Science\/Government, Anthropology or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.<br \/>Master\u2019s Degree in any of the following disciplines: &#8211; Human Resource Management\/Development\/Planning, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, Public Administration, Political Science\/Government, Anthropology or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.<br \/>CPA\/CPS Finalist or Higher National Diploma in a relevant field.<br \/>A leadership course lasting not less than four 4 weeks from a recognized institution.<br \/>Membership to a relevant professional body.<br \/>Analytical skills, Leadership skills, Negotiation skills.<br \/>Demonstrated a high degree of professional competence, managerial and administrative capability as reflected in work performance and results.<br \/>Meets the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.<br \/>Possess good oral and written communication skills, including report writing.<br \/>Have a good understanding of the mandate of Council and its role in realisation of the national development agenda; and<br \/>Have good
