Department\u2019s budget and expenditure.<br \/>Approve Department\u2019s annual procurement and assets disposal.<br \/>Lead the Department\u2019s Resource mobilization.<br \/>Person Specifications<br \/>For appointment to this position, an officer must have:<br \/>Master\u2019s Degree from a recognized institution;<br \/>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution<br \/>A Leadership course lasting not less than four 4 weeks from a recognized institution;<br \/>Membership to a relevant professional body<br \/>At least
