\n Green Code Waste Solutions Ltd is a registered Malawian-owned company that offers innovative waste management solutions. To better serve and satisfy our customers, we are looking for creative, hardworking, and self-driven individuals based in Blantyre to fill a vacant position at our company. They will report to the Sales and Marketing Executive.
\nSales and Marketing Representative (1 Position)
\nResponsibilities<\/p>\n
Generating leads.<\/p>\n
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.<\/p>\n
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.<\/p>\n
Maintaining client relations.<\/p>\n
Creating and presenting sales performance reports<\/p>\n
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.<\/p>\n
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.<\/p>\n
Understanding and promoting company programs.<\/p>\n
Answering client questions about products and prices.<\/p>\n
Required Skills\/Abilities<\/p>\n
Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Representative.<\/p>\n
Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.<\/p>\n
High-level communication and networking skills.<\/p>\n
Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.<\/p>\n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.<\/p>\n
Excellent interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
Be able to represent Green Code Waste Solutions Ltd at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations<\/p>\n
Ability to work well under pressure.<\/p>\n
Education and Experience<\/p>\n
Diploma in marketing or related fields<\/p>\n
MSCE<\/p>\n
1 year of work experience as a Sales and Marketing representative or a similar position in the sales department.<\/p>\n
