\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
\nSupport the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees.
\nMaintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
\nAssist in performance management processes and staff development programs.
\nAddress employee relations issues, promptly resolving conflicts and providing counseling where necessary.
\nCoordinate training sessions and HR-related workshops.
\nAssist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
\nPrepare HR reports and maintain HRIS systems.
\nPromote a positive working environment and organizational culture.<\/p>\n

\nQualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
\nMinimum of 4 years\u2019 experience in a Human Resource role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
\nKnowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
\nExcellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
\nHigh level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
\nProficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.<\/p>\n
