Applications are invited from knowledgeable, experienced, and skilled candidates to fill the position of Treasury Sales Manager tenable in Lilongwe.Reporting to the Head of Treasury the successful candidate will maximise the bank\u2019s profitability through foreign exchange and money market operations.Key ResponsibilitiesArticulate and implement the treasury department\u2019s strategy for selling products or services.Develop forecasts and strategies to achieve sales at price levels to ensure profitability.Actively seek out major customers and form good relationships with key influencers.Lead presentations for business development and involved in meetings with key business stakeholders.Build and maintain quality relationships with customers, stakeholders and other industry players.Maintaining and growing the customer base on FX and wholesale money market.Trading on to close deals, NIL cancelled\/ unwound deals.Quoting clients on FX spot, forward and option markets.Calculating spot, forward exchange, swaps and option contracts.Quoting FX deposit rates.Cross selling of Bank products.Technical Skills\/CompetenciesThorough understanding of foreign exchange and money markets.Good communication and inter- personal skills.Integrity, able to handle pressure.Excellent negotiation and problem skillsStrong influencing, problem-solving and negotiation skillsGood understanding of market demand and customer behavior.Speedy and accurate decision-making regarding forex purchases or sales.Ability to undertake daily liquidity management.Ability to understand basic money market instruments.Team player.Strong numerical skills.Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.An ACI Dealing certificate is a must.At least 5 years experience in Treasury function.At least 2 years\u2019 experience in sales.ApplicationsIf you meet the above minimum requirements and are interested, please send your applications with
