OverviewPOSITION: TRANSFORMATION AND SOCIAL IMPACT MANAGER\u00a0The Wealthnet Finance Plc is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Transformation and Social Impact Manager at its Head Office, Mvuma House in Lilongwe.\u00a0Position:\u00a0Transformation and Social Impact ManagerThe Transformation and Social Impact Manager will be reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.\u00a0PURPOSE OF THE POSITIONAs a member of the Strategic Management Team, the Transformation and Social Impact Manager has a primary responsibility of overseeing and supporting implementation of Wealthnet Finance\u2019s Resource Mobilization Strategy in order to achieve the organization\u2019s Strategic and Resource Mobilization objectives.\u00a0SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESReview Wealthnet Finance\u2019s Strategy documents and develop communication materials that help the organization position for resource mobilization.Develop, implement and monitor an annual resource mobilization workplan\/ action plan with clear goals and a budget.Take the lead in identifying bilateral, multilateral, philanthropic or private sector funding opportunities and maintain a database that lists and prioritizes funding prospects.Respond to Calls for proposals by managing and reviewing all documentation related to the call, by writing concept notes and proposals and identifying partners if and when required.Archive successful and unsuccessful proposals for future use or referenceEstablish and cultivate strong donor relations and maintain regular communication with donors, private sector, individuals and other corporate entities.Support the Chief Executive Officer to organize visits, briefings and events with current and prospective funding partners.To assist in mobilizing non-financial resources from private sector, individuals and other corporate entities.Support the Chief Executive Officer to organize visits, briefings and events with current and prospective funding partners.To assist in mobilizing non-financial resources from private sector, individuals and other corporate entities.Support other departments in the management of donor supported projects.Writing reports to FundersRepresent Wealthnet at forum meetings in order to position the institution with funding and technical partners.\u00a0QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEA post \u2014 graduate Degree in any of the following: Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations\/ Development from a recognized University.A Track record and demonstrated experience in resource mobilization, proposal development and donor relationsExperience in Community Banking and development finance in generalShould have a project management backgroundExperience In private sector engagement would be an added advantage\u00a0SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTESAbility to network and interact with a wide range of donors and partnersComputer literacy; Microsoft Office, internet and email and excellent communication skillsSelf-motivated and result orientedExcellent negotiation, time management, communication, interpersonal analytical and organization skillsConfident, dynamic, proactive, punctual and disciplined to meet deadlinesAble to work both independently and as part of a teamAbility to conduct relevant research\u00a0MODE OF APPLICATIONApplications should include Expected Salary and should be sent to following address not later than 30th\u00a0June 2025:The Human Resources and Administration Manager,Wealthnet Finance Limited,Private Bag B444, Area 6, Opposite Mlambe LodgeLilongwe.Email:\u00a0hr@wealthnetfinance-mw.com<\/p>\n
