\n\u00a0Oversee the entire soya processing operation, from raw material intake to finished product packaging.
\n\u2022 Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met.
\n\u2022 Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize output.
\n\u00a0\u2022 Manage a team of processing staff, providing leadership, supervision, and capacity building.
\n\u00a0\u2022 Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations.
\n\u00a0\u2022 Prepare reports on production performance, inventory levels, and any deviations or incidents.Qualifications & Requirements:
\n\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field.
\n\u2022 A minimum of 7 years\u2019 experience in food or feed processing, preferably in soya or grain-related operations.
\n\u2022 Strong knowledge of processing machinery, safety regulations, and quality management systems.
\n\u00a0\u2022 Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
