This role requires strong leadership, sales, and marketing skills to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.\u00a0Key Responsibilities: Sales Team Management:\u2013 Supervise and mentor sales team members to achieve sales targets and improve performance.\u2013 Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching, and feedback sessions.\u2013 Ensure sales team members have the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to perform their roles effectively. Sales Strategy and Planning:\u2013 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.\u2013 Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.\u2013 Collaborate with the CEO to develop sales plans and forecasts. Marketing Activities:\u2013 Plan and execute marketing activities, campaigns, and promotions in the central region.\u2013 Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.\u2013 Ensure marketing activities align with the company\u2019s overall marketing strategy. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:\u2013 Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.\u2013 Provide regular sales reports, analysis, and recommendations to the CEO.\u2013 Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Collaboration and Communication:\u2013 Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Operations, Finance) to ensure alignment and support.\u2013 Communicate effectively with the CEO, sales team members, and other stakeholders.\u00a0Required Qualifications and Experience:\u2013 Advanced diploma or in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
