\nTo raise and manage the profile of the School, its products, and public relations.Key Duties and Responsibilities:ManagementDevelop, review, and monitor implementation of marketing and communication policies, plans, and budgets.Enforce brand usage guidelines and develop related templates.Create content (web, print, presentations, graphics) aligned with business goals.Develop and implement internal and external newsletter strategies.MarketingPromote the School\u2019s services,\u00a0products, and brand.Conduct market surveys and analysis.Prepare marketing collateral for corporate relations.Identify and\u00a0pursue\u00a0business\u00a0opportunities.Maintain photo, patent, and artefact\u00a0archives.Manage social media accounts and grow digital presence.Corporate Social ResponsibilityCoordinate and implement\u00a0community engagement initiatives.Public Relations and CommunicationManage media\u00a0relations\u00a0and\u00a0customer communications.Prepare and distribute press releases and related materials.Secretariat ServicesServe relevant committees.Qualifications and Attributes:Master\u2019s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related field from an NCHE-accredited institution.Registered with relevant professional body in Malawi.Minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in marketing and communication.Proficiency in creative design and digital marketing is essential.HOW TO APPLYInterested candidates should\u00a0submit application letters, detailed CVs, and names\u00a0and contact details of three traceable referees to:The Director General
