\n\u00a0Position Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:Construct quality beehives including Langstroth and Top-bar hives according to specifications.Ensure precision, durability, and adherence to production targets.Manage workshop tools and equipment efficiently.Maintain safety and cleanliness in the carpentry workspace.Qualifications and Experience:Certificate Level 3 in Carpentry from a recognized technical college.Proven experience in making Langstroth and Top-bar hives.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Self-starter with good time management skills.Strong teamwork and communication skills.2.0 Beekeeping Trainer (Female Candidates Only)Location: Lilongwe (preferred)
\n\u00a0Position Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:Facilitate hands-on and theoretical training sessions in beekeeping for farmer groups and cooperatives.Manage and maintain the ZeniBee demonstration apiary.Provide technical advice and mentorship to smallholder farmers.Develop training materials and documentation for knowledge transfer.Collaborate with field staff to monitor progress and impact.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Forestry, Natural Resources Management, Environmental Sciences, or related field from a reputable university.At least 2 years\u2019 experience conducting community trainings in beekeeping or sustainable agriculture.Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.Must be highly motivated, a team player, and an effective communicator.Female candidates based in or willing to relocate to Lilongwe are strongly encouraged to apply.3.0 Marketing Officer (Female Candidates Only)Location: Lilongwe
\n\u00a0Position Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing strategies for ZeniBee products.Build relationships with prospective clients in the agricultural and natural products markets.Pitch products to businesses, NGOs, and agro-dealers to expand market reach.Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.Manage online and offline marketing campaigns, events, and product promotions.Qualifications and Experience:Diploma in Marketing, Agribusiness, or related field (Degree is an added advantage).Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in selling agricultural or eco-based products.Strong interest in biodiversity, conservation, and sustainable development.Excellent interpersonal and pitching skills.Possession of a valid driver\u2019s license is a plus.Must be a proactive self-starter and result-oriented team player.Application Instructions:
